General Questions

Do you offer also bespoken solutions for companies

Yes - that will be our next major step forward. If you own your own domain, you can easily repoint your mail traffic to our server - so you will have your own email addresses like for example. We offer a complete mail package where you are able to manage your own accounts via a web interface. We manage domains up to 500 user. If you are interested to avail of this offer, send us a message via our contact page.

Where is my data stored and how save is it

We use Microsoft Azure for our cloud server and they are located in different locations in West Europe. The data is kept redundant and our server meets a broad set of international and industry-specific compliance standards, such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC 1 and SOC 2. So your data is safe!

Account and subscription questions

I have paid my subscription but I am still Standard Member

We are currently working on an automated elevation process but for the moment, all payments are processed manually. So it can take up to 24 hours until your subscription take effect but most of the times its within 2-4 hourse (excluding night times).

What happens if I cancel my subscription

A cancelation of your subscription has no effect on the currently active subscription time, i.e. you are still subscripted until the end of your paid subscription. After your subscription end, your status is set back to Standard account. Please go sure that you saved your mails, address book and calendar entries.

How do I delete my account

In order to delete your account, you have to log into your account page and click on the Delete my account link in the bottom part of the page. Please be aware that all your data (mail address, contacts, messages) will be permanently deleted.

Mailbox questions

I can't receive mails anymore. What can I do....

The most common reason for this is that your mailbox run out of space. The standard account currently has a limit of 30MB, which is quite small. So if you receive a high volumne of mails or some larger mails you will encounter this issue. There are a couple of ways to prevent this.

One way to avoid it is of course that you delete mails you no longer need, another way is that you use your own mail client that will clean up your mailbox on our server after downloading your messages. And last but not least you can upgrade your account to a Premium account anytime - which gives you a whooping 1GB of space.
